Position: Supervisor – Raw Material
Location: Makkah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Industry: Perfume Manufacturing | FMCG

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end management of raw materials (oils, concentrates, alcohol, packaging) including planning, procurement coordination, receipt, storage, and issuance to production.

Ensure optimal inventory levels to support production schedules, minimize stock-outs, and prevent excess holding costs.

Implement and enforce strict quality control checks for all incoming raw materials, coordinating with the QC/QA department to reject non-conforming supplies.

Manage the raw material warehouse, ensuring proper storage conditions, FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles, and accurate real-time tracking in the ERP system.

Lead and supervise the raw material store team, including training, scheduling, and performance management.

Collaborate closely with Production Planning, Procurement, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure seamless material flow and resolve any supply or quality issues promptly.

Prepare regular reports on inventory status, consumption rates, stock accuracy, and material variances.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience in raw material/store management within a manufacturing environment (FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Perfumes, or Chemicals preferred).

In-depth knowledge of inventory management principles, warehouse operations, and quality control procedures for raw materials.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.

Proficient in using ERP/MRP systems for inventory management and data analysis.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
