Position: Sales Head – Perfumes & Personal Care

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and drive regional and international sales strategies for perfumes and personal care brands.

Manage and expand export markets across GCC, Africa, Asia, Europe, and emerging territories.

Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key global accounts to maximize revenue.

Oversee sales forecasting, pricing strategies, market penetration plans, and annual business growth targets.

Collaborate with product, marketing, and supply chain teams to align launches, promotions, and distribution goals.

Identify new market opportunities, assess competition, and develop initiatives to strengthen brand positioning.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve consistent results.

Desired Qualifications:

10+ years of proven experience in Export Sales within the perfume, beauty, or FMCG sector.

Strong understanding of global distribution networks and international market dynamics.

Excellent negotiation, commercial acumen, and strategic planning abilities.

Existing relationships with distributors and international buying partners is highly preferred.

Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Ability to travel internationally to manage markets, attend exhibitions, and explore new regions.
