Position: Factory In-charge

Location: Jeddah & Makkah, Saudi Arabia
Industry: Perfume Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily factory operations ensuring smooth production workflow and efficiency.

Manage workforce planning, shift assignments, and team performance.

Implement quality control standards aligned with perfume manufacturing operations.

Monitor production machinery, safety compliance, and maintenance scheduling.

Coordinate with supply chain, production, and warehouse teams for timely order fulfilment.

Maintain records, reports, and operational documentation for audits and SOP compliance.

Desired Qualifications:

5–7 years of experience managing factory operations, preferably in perfume or FMCG manufacturing.

Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.

Solid understanding of production planning and equipment maintenance.

Familiarity with quality standards and safety compliance within manufacturing environments.
