Position: Production In-charge

Location: Makkah, Saudi Arabia
Industry: Perfume Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end production floor activities to meet output targets.

Ensure production quality, accuracy, and compliance with perfume batching standards.

Coordinate workforce scheduling and resource utilization.

Monitor raw material usage, inventory status, and production reports.

Identify process improvement opportunities and support cost optimization.

Collaborate with QC, Warehouse, and Procurement teams.

Desired Qualifications:

Minimum 3–5 years experience in production supervision within perfume / FMCG manufacturing.

Strong understanding of batching, filling, and packaging operations.

Excellent leadership, planning and communication skills.
