Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and transform the end-to-end supply chain function for a reputed pharmaceutical organization. This strategic leadership role requires not only operational efficiency but also a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, supplier relationships, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and unify procurement, logistics, inventory, and contract management into a cohesive supply chain engine
Develop strategies that prioritize compliance, cost-efficiency, and consistent supply flow
Mitigate risks and ensure regulatory alignment across all supply chain operations
Cultivate resilient supplier partnerships and foster long-term trust
Lead and develop cross-functional teams, driving performance beyond metrics
Optimize digital tools and ERP systems to gain real-time supply chain visibility

Desired Qualifications:
12+ years of supply chain leadership experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
Strong knowledge of procurement, contract negotiation, and logistics management
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks within the pharma industry
Proficiency in ERP and supply chain management systems
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business (Master’s or MBA preferred)
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
