Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Retail & Distribution Manager to oversee and grow across the UAE and Export markets.
The Role Includes the oversight of multiple sales Executives in UAE and management of Distribution partners across GCC.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in regional sales, retail channel development, and distributor management in the Perfumes/Fragrance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail & Channel Expansion:
• Identify opportunities to expand retail footprint in high-performing regions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams for product launches and promotions.
• Ensure proper brand visibility and retail execution in all markets.

UAE Distribution Oversight:
• Supervise and support Sales Executives handling the UAE market.
• Monitor daily sales activities, performance KPIs, and ensure retail targets are met.
• Develop distribution strategies for wider UAE market coverage.
• Strengthen relationships with key retailers, resellers, and B2B customers.

Export Market Management (GCC Focus):
• Drive sales and distributor performance across GCC countries.
• Develop market-specific strategies with focus on high-potential areas.
• Negotiate and onboard new distribution partners in untapped markets.
• Manage pricing, product positioning, and compliance with export regulations.

Reporting & Strategy:
• Analyze sales trends, market data, and competitor insights to optimize strategy.
• Submit monthly performance reports and suggest tactical improvements.
• Prepare annual forecasts and budget plans in line with business goals.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Retail & Distribution within perfumes.
• Experience with premium/luxury perfume brands.
• Proven experience handling GCC export markets.
• Strong network of regional distributor in GCC.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel frequently across the region.

Preferred:
• Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
• Knowledge of customs and trade compliance in GCC.
