Position: Business Coordinator – Product Development

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Coordinator – Product Development to support and streamline product and packaging design processes. This role involves close collaboration with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth development and shipment of primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging components. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, capable of handling coordination across borders, and comfortable managing both creative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the development of primary and secondary packaging, including creative input on boxes, tester folders, and fitment designs

Manage product artwork review and approval in line with labeling regulations

Oversee new product conceptualization and collaborate with design teams for structural and aesthetic aspects

Develop inner and outer packaging fitments ensuring secure product placement and quality presentation

Lead tertiary packaging development, including size standardization and artwork finalization for production

Plan and track packaging shipments from UAE and finished goods shipments from KSA to UAE

Handle shipment documentation, including SABER product registration, certification of conformity, and compliance with KSA import/export regulations

Follow up on clearance procedures at both borders to ensure timely and safe shipment

Compile and analyze competitor data and price benchmarking

Generate reports for managers and stakeholders as needed

Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Packaging, or related field

2–4 years of experience in product coordination, packaging development, or logistics

Understanding of packaging materials, design processes, and regulatory compliance (especially GCC/SABER)

Strong communication and coordination skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools

Detail-oriented with excellent time management
