Job Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Sales executive for our client which specializes in hardware accessories used in Building materials.
This role focuses on project sales, targeting property developers and contractors across the UAE. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in project sales, strong connections in the real estate development space, and a clear understanding of the UAE construction and Property Developer Market.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive project-based sales of door and hardware accessories to developers and contractors
Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders in commercial and residential building projects
Conduct site visits, product presentations, and solution-based selling to meet client needs
Negotiate terms, close deals, and follow up on order fulfillment and client satisfaction
Monitor project pipelines, market trends, and competitor activity to maximize sales opportunities
Prepare accurate reports on sales forecasts, visits, and project progress
Collaborate with the internal logistics and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and support
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related fields
3–5 years of project sales experience in hardware/building materials with property developers or contractors
Strong understanding of UAE construction and property development landscape
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to work independently and drive revenue growth
