Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly capable and detail-driven Assistant Finance Manager to support the finance operations of a growing commodity trading The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing banking relationships, funding structures, investment portfolios, and credit facilities, while ensuring financial integrity across international operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor bank facilities, credit lines, and investment portfolios

Assist in the structuring of funding proposals and loan documentation

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Coordinate with banks, auditors, and financial institutions on credit, funding, and treasury matters

Support cash flow planning, investment decisions, and cost optimization

Ensure adherence to IFRS, financial compliance, and regulatory requirements

Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance tracking

Contribute to strategic decision-making with clear financial insights and risk assessments

Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

5–7 years of experience in finance within commodity trading.

In-depth understanding of trade finance, structured credit, banking products, and investment planning

Strong proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

Excellent coordination, analytical, and communication skills
