Position: Junior Sales Executive

A well-established foodstuff distributor since 2008, headquartered in Dubai Investment Park (DIP), specializing in wholesale and global distribution of dry foods including nuts, dry fruits, spices, pulses, and more. With a growing presence across MENA, the company is expanding its retail footprint and operational excellence.

Job Overview:
We are urgently hiring a motivated and proactive Junior Sales Executive to oversee daily store operations and drive sales performance. This role requires strong people management, operational discipline, and hands-on support to frontline staff across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management & Communication:
Monitor team performance and manage staff rosters, transfers, and accommodations

Facilitate clear communication between store teams and head office (sales, warehouse, and operations)

Address employee queries and support HR-related coordination

Hygiene & Compliance:
Ensure hygiene standards are implemented and strictly followed across counters

Execute company SOPs and planograms as directed by Key Account Manager

Stock & Sales Operations:
Conduct stock audits and control inventory for counters and warehouse

Ensure timely and accurate stock replenishment and promotional stock handling

Visit stores daily to drive sales, promotions, and ensure excellent customer service

Training & Reporting:
Provide product and procedural training to store teams

Collect daily reports: sales, stock, expenses, OOS reports, etc.

Implement promotions, new pricing, and merchandising guidelines

Technical & Soft Skills:
Strong product knowledge in dry food categories

Experience supervising kiosks or counters in hypermarkets (Carrefour, Union Coop, etc.)

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems

Excellent leadership, communication, and time-management skills

Desired Qualification:
2–4 years of experience in FMCG retail supervision or area sales

Proven exposure to hypermarket environments or dry food/kiosk merchandising

Fluency in English (spoken & written); other languages a plus

Valid UAE Driving License preferred
