Job Title: Accountant
Location: Ajman, UAE
Job Overview:
We are hiring a detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate must have experience in the trading and retail industry and expertise in Tally and Zoho software.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage invoicing and accounts receivable using Tally/Zoho.
Follow up on customer payments and prepare weekly aging reports.
Record vendor bills and reconcile vendor accounts periodically.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock reconciliations.
Handle petty cash transactions and prepare daily cash reports.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy.
Complete monthly book closures and prepare management reports.
File VAT returns and ensure tax compliance.
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience in the trading or retail industry.
Expertise in Tally and Zoho software is mandatory.
Strong understanding of inventory and financial accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and reconciliations.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills for vendor and customer interactions.
