Job Title: Sourcing Merchandiser

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Merchandiser to manage the end-to-end uniform production process. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of fabric sourcing, production coordination, and quality assurance. Experience in school or corporate uniform manufacturing is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee production, ensuring quality control, shipping, and timely delivery.
Coordinate with third-party factories to manage production schedules.
Develop lab dips and pre-production samples for client approval.
Prepare cost estimates and quotations.
Source fabrics, trims, and accessories for uniform production.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards before dispatch.
Monitor inventory levels and place timely material orders.
Maintain market insights on pricing, competitor activities, and new product trends.
Handle overseas uniform deliveries and ensure smooth logistics.
Analyze production data to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Prepare purchase orders, shipping instructions, and other necessary documentation.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in school or corporate uniform manufacturing is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of printing, embroidery, and sublimation techniques.
Ability to source export-quality manufacturing facilities outside the UAE.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in production planning and inventory management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
