Position: Legal Executive

Location: Sharjah

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Legal Executive with 3-5 years of experience in the Retail or Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and managing retail shop lease and closure agreements

Handling trademark, copyright infringement, and product registration globally

Preparing and attesting power of attorney documents

Reviewing bank contracts, NDAs, and service agreements

Managing free zone license renewals and overseas licensing contracts

Drafting distributor, retailer, and mall contracts

Ensuring legal compliance and document preparation

Overseeing Amazon online brand registration and other regulatory filings

Requirements:

Graduate degree or diploma in Law or related field

3-5 years of experience in legal administration within retail or manufacturing

Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
