Key Responsibilities
Sales Target Setting:
Set sales targets for the region in consultation with senior management.
Ensure the achievement of these targets.
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop strategies to increase market share, presentation, and profitability in the assigned area.
Team Management & Training:
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets.
Provide necessary training and support.
Oversee the recruitment process for the assigned area.
Distributor Network & Supply Chain Management:
Develop and maintain a strong distributor network.
Ensure effective and timely supply chain management in coordination with the logistics department.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain good relationships with key customers.
Identify new opportunities to increase sales and market share.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct research to stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Use insights to inform and refine sales marketing strategies.
Budget & Performance Analysis:
Prepare and manage budgets for the area.
Analyze sales data.
Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
Compliance & Ethical Standards:
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales and marketing activities.
