Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to handle initial inquiries from prospective students via website, social media, and WhatsApp. The role involves providing key details about our Aviation Foundation Course, Indian DGCA classes in Hyderabad, and answering queries about our Pilot Training Academies in Europe, the Middle East, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Contact prospective students via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Provide accurate details about course start dates and training programs.
  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings at our Hyderabad office.
  • Follow up on leads within agreed timelines and assist in developing customized training packages.
  • Transfer strong leads to the sales team for further processing.
  • Maintain exceptional customer relationships and ensure seamless communication.

Administrative & General Tasks

  • Track and record follow-ups as per the sales process.
  • Attend online team meetings and share best practices.
  • Perform basic administrative duties related to sales and student inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations, safeguarding student information.
  • Maintain a safe and professional working environment by following occupational health and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Proven experience in a telesales or sales role.
  • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English & Hindi is required.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Passion for Aviation: A strong interest in aviation is desirable and an added advantage.

Geographical Coverage

  • Primarily based in Hyderabad, India.
  • Occasional travel to educational recruitment events across India, if required.

  • Achievement of student enrollment targets.
  • Number of recruitment agents signed and onboarded.
  • Meeting agent sales targets.
  • Timely responses to inbound inquiries as per the sales process.
  • Effective lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures.
