We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Sales Admin Coordinator to support our sales operations. This role involves managing client relationships, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Coordinate with the sales team to streamline processes and workflows.
Oversee overseas sample dispatches and ensure timely delivery.
Manage supplier registration processes and vendor documentation.
Handle local courier bookings and logistics.
Arrange gate passes and manage on-site access requirements.
Generate leads through tele-calls and support sales initiatives.

Desired Qualifications:
2-3 years of relevant experience in sales administration or coordination.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in handling supplier and vendor management processes.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
