Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our high-quality uniform products to diverse clients, including schools and educational institutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Identify sales opportunities and analyze customer needs.
  • Lead Generation: Source potential clients through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Client Engagement: Schedule meetings with prospects to present products and services.
  • Sales Presentations: Create compelling presentations to showcase uniform offerings.
  • Negotiation: Close sales deals by negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen ties with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales activities and market feedback.
  • Stock Management: Ensure product availability for sales and demonstrations.
  • Event Representation: Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote products.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather insights from customers to support continuous improvement.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably dealing with schools and educational institutions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (spoken Arabic is preferred).
    • Strong understanding of sales techniques and market trends.
    • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
    • Valid UAE driver’s license.
