Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform advanced laboratory tests and analyses on various specimens to aid in diagnosis and treatment.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology/Science from an accredited institution.

Certification from a recognized body, such as ASCPi, is mandatory.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospital laboratory or a high-volume multi-branch laboratory.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in test execution and results interpretation.

Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS) and electronic medical records (EMR).

Knowledge of laboratory safety standards and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.
