Position Overview:
The General Manager - Plant (Manufacturing) will oversee all operations at the manufacturing plant, ensuring optimal production efficiency, quality standards, and compliance. The role includes leadership in planning, production, logistics, quality assurance, and team management to meet organizational goals.

Desired Qualifications:
Engineering degree is mandatory.
15+ years of experience in perfumes or personal care manufacturing at the plant level.
Expertise in managing production, warehouse operations, logistics, and quality assurance.
Strong knowledge of plant operations
Proven track record as a Manufacturing or Plant Head.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

Production Management:
Develop and implement production plans to ensure optimal plant utilization and productivity.
Monitor and enhance maintenance efficiency while managing costs.

Warehouse Operations:
Oversee layout and capacity management for streamlined operations.
Ensure stock accuracy, traceability, and efficient stock movement with a high turnover ratio.

Planning & Inventory Management:
Manage annual forecasting, demand planning, and production purchase plans.
Optimize inventory holding, achieve turnover ratios, and meet liquidation targets.

Logistics Management:
Ensure order fulfillment meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Optimize logistics planning and costs while maintaining efficiency.

Quality & R&D:
Uphold product quality standards and manage SOPs for manufacturing, testing, and reporting.
Ensure product certifications, registrations, and compliance with ISO and GMP standards.
